This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It describes content and behavior that are not allowed on NextGen Studio. We'll suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, and where appropriate report serious violations to law enforcement.
1. Hard prohibitions
The following are never allowed and will result in immediate account termination:
- CSAM - content that sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse, in any form, real or generated.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person, including AI face-swaps or voice-clones used in sexual contexts.
- Targeted harassment of a specific real person, especially using their face or voice without consent.
- Realistic impersonation of a public figure intended to deceive viewers about what they said or did.
- Voice cloning of a real person without their explicit consent to clone the voice for the use you intend.
- Threats of violence, glorification of violence against identifiable groups, or content designed to incite real-world harm.
- Election disinformation targeting real candidates, real ballots, or real polling places.
2. Restricted content
These categories aren't flatly banned, but we'll review them and may remove content or restrict accounts:
- Sexual content. Romantic and suggestive themes are fine; explicit/pornographic content is not the platform's use case and may be removed.
- Violent or graphic content beyond what's reasonable for storytelling. A fight scene in a thriller is fine; gore for shock value isn't.
- Weapons, drugs, and self-harm content. Educational, news, or narrative use is fine; instructional or promotional content isn't.
- Content that mimics real news outlets or government communications closely enough to be mistaken for the real thing.
3. Intellectual-property abuse
- Don't prompt for outputs intended to copy a specific copyrighted character, franchise, brand asset, or living artist's style with the intent to mislead audiences about the source.
- Don't upload reference images, scripts, or audio that you don't own or have a license to use.
- For takedown procedure, see DMCA.
4. Platform abuse
- No probing, scanning, or attacking the Service's infrastructure.
- No automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits, credit metering, or safety filters.
- No reselling raw access, no operating a downstream paid service on top of ours, no using our outputs to train competing AI models.
- No multi-accounting to abuse free credits or promotional offers.
5. Reporting violations
If you see content on the Service that violates this policy, email businessvisionmediagroup@gmail.comwith a link or description and we'll investigate. Time-sensitive safety issues (CSAM, imminent harm) are reviewed immediately.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in: warning, content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent termination - depending on severity, history, and whether the violation was deliberate. We may report illegal content to law enforcement, including via the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for CSAM, as required by U.S. law.
